Prepaid Website Support allows you to purchase website support hours in advance at a fixed, discounted price. Once you create an account, you'll have access to our support staff and the ability to buy discounted prepaid website support plans.
Prepaid support hours do not expire so long as your account is active.
All accounts require a $25 setup fee, which includes one free prepaid support hour.
If you do not host your website with Hoppel Design, a $25 monthly subscription will be required to keep your account active. This subscription will be automatically established when you create your account.
