Charles Eisenstein

Charles Eisenstein

Well. This was a big project. Not just because of the scope of the website (230+ pages) but also because of the person represented by the website.

We often work in a Gift Economy since April 2012. We started after reading Sacred Economics by Charles Eisenstein. The ideas written in that book by Charles set us on a new path that has made all the difference.

Having the opportunity to help him redesign and rebuild his website has been an incredible experience. It afforded us the opportunity to delve into his work on a very intimate level, as we shaped the content for each page. It also allowed us to get to know Charles on a first-name basis, and that is priceless.

Charles had a very distinct vision for this site, and we worked together along with his assistant Marie (who did a lot of the heavy lifting and key conflict resolution when Charles and I had different ideas) for months to reach the final version.

We are very proud of this project. We want you to take a look at it, not just to see the work we did, but also because we want you to get to know the ideas that Charles is working to spread and make them a part of your life, too.

The Center of Excellence in Environmental Toxicology (CEET) was launched in 2005 and receives grant support from the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences. It is one of only twenty designated Environmental Health Sciences Core Centers in the nation.

CEET wanted a new website built that was more user friendly, better organized, was integrated with social media, was capable of supported two unique blogs, and was mobile-friendly.

This project was, without question, the largest and most complex I have tackled yet. The site has over 70 pages, and three functional user groups (researchers, community, and faculty).

TimeBank Media experienced an issue where their existing website became infected with malware. As they had been considering a redesign anyway, particularly one that could work well on a mobile device, we decided to rebuild the site from scratch.

I built a new site on WordPress using a Responsive framework. I selected custom typography, used their existing colors and modified their existing logo from a badge to a horizontal header.

NAMI PA Mainline was currently using a older website, built as a subdomain on the national organization website. They wanted a website that could exist on its own domain, maximize SEO, and function on mobile devices.

We built a new site on WordPress using a Responsive framework, featuring the colors and logo from the national organization. The site includes a new blog platform, integration with the national site, and online payment processing for donations and membership.

Marjorie Adis, LCSW, did not have a website, and wanted an easy to use website that would look great on any device and help her established customer refer her services to new clients.

I built a new site on WordPress using a Responsive framework. I selected custom typography, colors and created a new logo to showcase Marjorie’s long established practice.

Sally needed a professional portfolio site that would showcase her skills, her client list, some demos, as well as a contact form for new business to get in touch with her.

We create a new logo, color scheme and custom typography to showcase her personality as well as her professionalism.
